"Plants cry their gratitude for the sun in green joy." -- Astrid Alauda
Beefmaster tomato plants, week 4
cucumber plant, week 4
And just the other day I was giving Sara a hard time because she had baby tomatoes and I didn't. Now I have some, too! (Well, two.)
Okay, garden people. How will I know when this guy is ready to be picked?
The ginormous cucumber plant is flowering!
huge (and pretty) zucchini leaf
keeping an eye on things, as always

NO FAIR! Your baby tomatoes are WAY bigger than mine. I am beginning to suspect that mine are not, in fact, little tomatoes -- I think they might be tomato abortions, and the thought makes me want to cry a little. I didn't even know such a thing existed a week ago!
